Fix is Denver’s best IT consulting company and the perfect place for your technology questions. Our technicians have an extremely large knowledge base. Whether you’re a home user or a small business, we’ll tackle your problem with a sense of urgency and efficiency. Contrary to popular belief, we’re not here to judge you; we want to help you succeed with your technology.

Hourly Rates & Discounted Retainers

We do not charge for travel time, but we strictly support the Denver area and some nearby cities. We do not travel outside of the metro area to maintain our overall efficiency. That’s one of the reasons we’re Denver’s best IT consulting company. If you’re outside of the Denver metro area, we’d love to help you via a remote session.

Here are our basic rates:

  • Onsite Support – $150 per hour.
    • 1-hour minimum per appointment.
    • Billed in 15-minute increments after the initial hour.
  • Remote Support – $150 per hour.
    • No minimums per appointment.
    • Billed in 15-minute increments.

Discounted retainers are available at a rate of $125 per hour for customers who pre-pay for support. The minimum retainer purchase is 10 hours. The same hourly minimums apply for retainer customers.

We also offer an after-hours, emergency rate of $250 per hour for our retainer customers. These customers will receive a special phone number for direct access to a technician. It’s not a 24/7 hotline, but it gets priority attention above anything but personal matters.
